Your tasks

• Operational purchasing of consumables
• Triggering requirement notifications and investment requests
• Maintenance and administration of master data in the ERP system SAP
• Conducting price comparisons
• Arranging and coordinating appointments as well as participation in project-related tasks
• Processing supplier complaints
• Close cooperation and exchange with department heads as well as employees of the internal interfaces
• Participation in strategic purchasing
• Ensuring an effective, efficient and process-oriented way of working, taking into account economic and ecological principles as well as the applicable logistics processes
• Ongoing exchange of information with the Deputy Head of Purchasing

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in healthcare
• Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• High service orientation and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Quick comprehension
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
