Supply Chain Automation Specialist 60-100%

For our client, a leading Swiss company in the heart of Zürich, we are looking for an implementation-strong personality as a Supply Chain Automation Specialist (60-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Process automation: Independent development and implementation of pragmatic workflows to automate repetitive tasks in the specialist departments.
• AI solutions & digital assistants: Construction and integration of AI-supported tools to support operational logistics and planning processes.
• Data & reporting: Automation of interfaces, reportings, and data evaluations from different systems.
• End-to-end implementation: Recording requirements directly from the specialist departments and independent implementation from the idea to go-live.
• Process optimization: Continuous further development and maintenance of existing digital solutions for sustainable time savings.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Experience: Demonstrable practice in the automation of business processes as well as sound understanding of supply chain, logistics, or planning processes.
• Technical know-how: Routine with workflow platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate) and the integration of AI-supported assistants.
• Project successes: Demonstrable automation projects that have led to measurable time savings.
• Mindset: Strong hands-on mentality, independent way of working, and the ability to carry out requirement recordings independently.
• Advantageous: Knowledge in Power Apps, Copilot Studio, n8n, Power BI, SQL, Python, or SAP data structures.
