Your missions

  • Ensure the operational, technical, administrative and rental management of the buildings belonging to the Foundation for the Cherpillod real estate heritage management (FGPIC).
  • Ensure the technical monitoring of the premises rented and used by Fondation Cherpillod and coordinate relations with property management companies.
  • Identify maintenance, renovation or transformation needs and maintain short, medium and long-term planning.
  • Prepare maintenance or renovation files, establish technical and financial analyses and formulate recommendations.
  • Request, analyze and compare offers, then manage the work while ensuring respect for deadlines, quality and budgets.
  • Read and interpret construction regulations as well as technical or construction files useful for the projects.

Your profile

  • CFC in a technical field of building, construction, maintenance, concierge is a plus, or training deemed equivalent.

  • Proven experience in technical building management, maintenance, renovations, upkeep or real estate management.
