For our 24-hour call center (taxi dispatch) we are looking for employees who are available both during the day as well as at night as well as on weekends and public holidays (3 shifts).

Your tasks
Expeditious customer support by telephone and e-mail
Accurate and efficient processing of orders
Support and maintenance of our operational dispatch system

other tasks
Planning and assignment of drivers to the existing vehicles
Administrative work, processing of e-mails in the call center
Planning and preparation of regular and repeated transports
Planning and coordination of school trips

Your profile
You speak Swiss German.
Oral French and English skills are an advantage.
You have experience with working in telephone centers (preferably call center or similar).
You bring good city and local knowledge with you.
You are available during the day and at night.
You maintain an overview in hectic moments.
Flexible work attitude, good PC skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
