Our client is a company operating throughout Switzerland that provides professional Facility Management Services for well-known companies from various industries. For an assignment at an internationally leading company from the Life Sciences sector located in Basel, we are looking for an engaged personality as of the beginning of September 2026

Are you a service-oriented personality with a professional appearance who maintains an overview at all times, even in an international environment? Then a varied task with a lot of customer contact and responsibility awaits you.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire access control management including access control system, badge management, key management and parking administration
• Execution of entry and exit controls
• Creation and management of visitor badges as well as registration of tradespeople and external service providers
• Friendly and professional reception of visitors, VIP guests and registered groups
• Support in Facility Management projects as well as collaboration in the optimization of processes and workflows

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or training in the hotel or gastronomy sector with corresponding commercial experience
• German at native speaker level as well as good English skills in speaking (at least level B2)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience in direct customer contact as well as strong intercultural competence
• High service orientation, communicative appearance and joy in dealing with people
• Well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners
