Responsible for Finance

You manage the finance and accounting independently, create transparency, and further develop the key figure system. A responsible key position with real creative freedom! Gebr. Mengis AG in Luzern is a family-run group of companies focusing on special deep foundation engineering (core drilling, geothermal probes, filter wells) with around 50 employees. In addition to Gebr. Mengis AG, the group includes M&E Technik AG and RHPM Assets AG. Technical expertise, short decision-making paths, and a long-standing market presence characterize the company. On their behalf, we are looking for you as an experienced finance professional (60 - 80 %) -- with the option of becoming a member of the management board. You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting for three companies of the group -- from accounting to annual financial statements according to OR including consolidation to budget and reporting. In addition, you are the IT contact person and are responsible for payroll in cooperation with HR. You are in close contact with the management, inform them proactively about financial management key figures, and further develop the KPI system. You bring sound professional experience in finance and accounting including certainty in closing according to OR, ideally with consolidation knowledge. In addition, you have the corresponding education and further training at the level of Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Accounting or Fiduciary, Expert in Accounting and Controlling, Business Economist HF/FH, or similar. You are a service-oriented personality who proactively provides data and facts. You work independently and are at the same time open to direct exchange.
