Specialist Pension Fund (40 - 50 %)

Take on responsibility. Accompany people. Shape provision. Our client, the Pensionskasse Steeltec AG based in Emmenbrücke, is an autonomous and encompassing pension fund. The various tasks surrounding occupational provision are carried out directly by a small team of the pension fund. In the course of the retirement of the current job holder, we are commissioned to recruit an independent and flexible personality as Specialist Responsible for Occupational Provision (40 -- 50 %). In this versatile function, you report directly to the Managing Director and assume an important role in the personal support of the insured. You advise them competently and in a service-oriented manner, independently process all provision and benefit cases, and carry out the associated administration. At the same time, you maintain contact with the affiliated employers and ensure reliable processing of the tasks arising. Furthermore, you prepare the monthly and annual reporting and take over the deputy role for the Managing Director. Thus, a demanding activity awaits you with a high degree of independence and responsibility -- in a manageable environment in which your experience and commitment show immediate impact. You have a completed commercial education and ideally have experience or further training in occupational provision. As a committed and winning personality, you value the exchange with different stakeholders. You approach new technical questions with interest and a quick grasp. In doing so, you work independently, exactly, and reliably, and convince with a stylish manner of expression in the German language. A modern workplace in a central location, a contemporary infrastructure, progressive working time models, and opportunities for professional further training await you. Would you like to contribute your skills in this part-time function? We look forward to your application.
