The elderly and care sector of the city of Winterthur offers a varied range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five elderly care centers as well as with Spitex.

For long-term care at the Centre pour personnes âgées Oberi, which offers a comfortable home to a total of 150 residents, we are looking for a motivated, interested and responsible person starting from 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Individual care and support, oriented towards the needs and resources of the residents
• Analyze and manage complex care and support situations, initiate measures and ensure their evaluation
• Responsible for the care process within the framework of reference person work
• As a day supervisor in close collaboration with the interfaces
• Mainly morning and evening services

Your profile ##

• Training at the nursing level HF or FH
• Desired experience in the fields of geriatrics and long-term care
• High social competence, autonomy, flexibility and stress resistance
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German
• Good IT skills and experience with common IT programs (knowledge of BESA/RAI/Care Coach is an asset)
