Requirements:

• previous experience in the kitchen of at least 2 years
• knowledge of basic preparations
• knowledge of the preparation of various doughs
• knowledge of cooking methodologies for dishes
• knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
• good communication skills in Italian
• team spirit
• ability to work with parsimony and respect for products and food
• punctuality, precision and reliability
• driving license cat.B
• owns own vehicle

• workplace Ascona
• irregular employment with hourly wage for substitutions
• employment by prior agreement (winter 2026), fixed-term
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
