For our HQ in Zürich, we are looking for an Accountant 60-80% (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Tasks:

• You help the team with the administration of incoming and outgoing invoices by checking the postings and ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly
• You process all bank transactions, reconcile them with the accounts, and ensure that the accounting records are always up to date and correct
• You monitor the accounts to ensure that all entries are correct and reliable, and resolve any discrepancies if necessary
• You actively participate in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements
• You support your colleagues in daily business and undertake tasks in special projects that have been coordinated within the team
• You contribute to the optimization and improvement of existing financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• You undertake various additional tasks in the finance area in consultation with the team

Requirements:

• You have already successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent training
• You have completed further training as a Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen or Treuhand, as well as practical professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
• You have a flair for numbers and a quick grasp
• You have sound Excel knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You are empathetic, a team player, and resilient
• You like an independent, structured, and efficient way of working as well as a dynamic environment
• In addition, you speak very good German and English

Nice to have:

• Fachausweis or a similar further training (finance and accounting)
• IFRS knowledge
