• Administrative processing of business for our clientele in division of labor with the professional guardians
• Booking and ensuring the payment transactions of the clientele
• Management of client accounting and preparation of financial statements
• Assertion of social insurance claims for our clientele
• Reception and telephone service

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge in the area of social insurance
• Experience in child and adult protection (KESB) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of numbers as well as networked thinking abilities
• High resilience, discretion and perseverance
• Structured, efficient and careful way of working with rapid comprehension
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Organizational strength as well as good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of contact with different stakeholder groups
