Tasks ###

The newly created position offers a lot of creative freedom and combines pedagogical work in everyday school life, individual support of children & adolescents, as well as nature pedagogical elements. - Substitutions in various classes (Cycle 2/3) if required - Individual support of children to assist with emotion regulation - Support of classes and teachers in lessons - Implementation of nature pedagogical offerings (e.g. competence training in the forest / in nature, school garden) - Active co-design of crisis interventions and solution strategies - Collaboration on the concept development and further development of the newly created position

Requirements ###

You are a stable personality who enjoys working flexibly and co-shaping new ways in everyday pedagogical life. Ideally, you bring: - Training and/or experience as a teacher or in Special Needs Education - Flexibility and openness to different areas of application - Joy of innovation and creativity - Versatility and humor - Conflict management skills - Joy in working with children with challenging behavior - Readiness for close cooperation within the team - Independence and initiative - Interest in nature and experiential pedagogical work
