Accounts Payable Clerk

For our client, an established service company, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk 80-100 %. The position is to be filled immediately on a temporary basis as additional support in the team until April 2027. Our client places great importance on an appreciative and respectful corporate culture as well as on the further development of employees. The place of work is easily accessible both by public transport and by car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• The independent processing of ongoing accounts payable accounting as well as the timely processing of incoming invoices are part of your area of responsibility
• You check, account for, and post accounts payable invoices and take care of the correct allocation of documents
• In payment transactions, you support the team and take over the reconciliation and clarification of open items
• In addition, you participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and take on further administrative tasks in accounting

You offer your new employer

• You already bring at least two years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• You have already gained practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• A careful, structured, and independent way of working as well as a strong affinity for numbers characterize you
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a high sense of responsibility complete your profile
