Financial Accountant incl. Personnel Administration 60-70%

For the Swiss subsidiary of an internationally active, innovative technology company based in Baar ZG, we are looking for a committed personality as Financial Accountant incl. Personnel Administration 60–70%. The company is characterized by short decision-making paths, personal contact, and a versatile range of tasks. In this position, you will take on an important role in financial accounting, personnel administration, and work closely with the management.

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for the financial accounting of 2–3 companies in an international context
• Cost accounting and project structure plan
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Financial reporting such as planning, forecasts, and budget
• Preparation of tax returns
• Support with accounting according to IFRS
• General administrative activities in the finance area
• Personnel administration incl. payroll for 5–10 employees
• Deputy tasks in the secretarial area
• Enjoyment of a versatile range of tasks
• Willingness to travel to South Tyrol 3–4 times per year for training purposes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Further training as an accounting clerk or a comparable further training is an advantage – HF or federal diploma not required, practice counts.
• Sound, several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage as well as good MS Office skills
• Knowledge in personnel administration and in the area of social insurances
• Good English skills, Italian is an advantage
• Independent, resilient, and flexible personality
