The KMU- und Gewerbeverband Kanton Luzern operates, on behalf of the Canton of Luzern, the Competence Center for Qualification Procedures, which plans, organizes, and conducts the final apprenticeship examinations in vocational basic education. To complement our team, we are looking for a Clerk Competence Center Qualification Procedures (80%)

Your tasks

• You are the contact person for chief experts and support examination experts with administrative questions
• You process and check examination grades and accompany the administrative processes until the completion of the qualification procedures
• You check expense reports and undertake tasks in financial accounting and payment transactions
• You coordinate concerns with cantonal authorities and vocational schools
• You organize meetings and events and support the examination management in day-to-day business
• You contribute your experience to the further development of our processes

What you bring with you

• A commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of vocational training
• Good affinity for IT systems and openness to new IT applications
• Clear and friendly communication with different stakeholder groups
• An independent, careful, and structured way of working
• The ability to grasp complex issues and processes and develop pragmatic solutions
