Receptionist for Saturdays – Auto Salon Volketswil

Every Saturday | 09:00–18:00

Do you enjoy contact with people and like to ensure that they feel welcome? For our location in Volketswil, we are looking for a friendly and reliable person to support our team at the reception on Saturdays.

Your tasks

• Warmly greet customers and visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
• Offer and serve coffee and water.
• Work together with the sales team so that our customers are attended to quickly.
• Take telephone calls and forward messages.
• Keep the kitchenette and the customer lounge clean and tidy during the day.
• Support with general administrative tasks.

Your profile

• German as a native language and good English skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Excellent manners and communication skills.
• A friendly demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
• A reliable, organized, and independent way of working.
• Availability every Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Experience at the reception, in gastronomy, or in customer service is an advantage.
