Your tasks

• Management of communication projects and cooperation with external agencies and service providers
• Editorial planning as well as coordination of content with the Schweizerschulen and the head office
• Maintenance, management, and further development of our website
• Support of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and creation of target-group-oriented content
• Image editing and design of simple graphics, illustrations, banners, and flyers for digital and printed communication media
• Participation in the annual report
• Organization and moderation of the communication exchange with the Schweizerschulen
• Planning and realization of external communication surrounding our annual conference, including media work and social media support
• Impact analysis of communication measures and derivation of optimizations

What you bring with you

• Education or further training in communication, marketing, journalism, or a comparable field
• Experience in strategic and operative communication, in content marketing, and in cooperation with agencies
• Strong editorial skills, stylistically confident German, and a good sense for target-group-oriented content; good French and English skills are an advantage
• Practice in the management of websites and understanding of their structure and impact, preferably with WordPress, as well as knowledge of SEO and GEO
• Experience in newsletter and social media management, ideally with Mailchimp and the Meta Business Suite
• Good knowledge of simple image and video editing as well as in the design of digital communication media, for example with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, or Canva
• Conceptual strength, organizational skills, and an independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Hands-on mentality, creativity, and the ability to keep an eye on both the big picture and the details
