Reception Staff (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Reception team, we are looking for a motivated, flexible employee 80% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement

Your field of activity and your strengths:

• Reception, care, and farewell of international guests
• Reception work front- and back-office
• General administrative work
• Hotel reservation management (MEWS) for Eiger Resort and Eiger Lodge
• Managing restaurant reservations (Aleno)
• Independent working and completing tasks
• Working in varied shifts - during the day, evenings, and on weekends
• Completed training as a Hotel Communication Specialist EFZ or practical experience
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in the local national language and in English (further foreign languages an advantage)
• Joy in caring for our local, national, and international guests
• Joy in teamwork
