To support our HR team at our headquarters in Hochdorf, we are looking for a motivated personality as an HR Assistant (50%) effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your contribution to success ##

As an HR Assistant, you move routinely and with pleasure through the entire HR Life Cycle and take responsibility for all personnel administration tasks. In our dynamic environment, you can fully utilize your versatility and organizational talent.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Creating all documents of the HR Life Cycle
• Master data maintenance in our systems
• The role as practical trainer for the KV apprentices in HR, in cooperation with the person responsible for vocational training
• Maintenance of documents in the quality management system and on our intranet page
• Creating evaluations
• Support in internal communication
• Occasional participation in projects or at events

Are you ready? ##

You fit this role particularly well if you bring the following:

• Experience as an HR Assistant or in a comparable HR function
• A commercial basic education with further training in HR
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Oral English and French skills
• A flair for digital IT systems
• Team spirit and humor
