Social Pedagogue HF/FH 80 % ##

The Stiftung Arkadis accompanies and supports adults with disabilities, especially people with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders. Additionally, we offer specialist services for children and adolescents with special support needs.

In the Living area, we accompany adults with disabilities in their everyday lives and create a home that enables security, participation, and individual development. Together, we shape a varied everyday life and support our residents according to their needs and possibilities.

Our residents look forward to a humorous person who likes music, enjoys being active, and organizes shared leisure activities with them.

Tasks ###

• Accompanying, promoting, and supporting residents in various areas of life
• Care and implementation of health-preserving measures
• Key worker work (Bezugspersonenarbeit)
• Documentation and management of the care software RedLine
• Collaboration on domestic tasks in daily living

Requirements ###

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or a degree in Social Work
• Experience in accompanying people with disabilities, ideally also on the autism spectrum (ASS)
• Understanding of people with multiple disabilities
• Experience and interest in the application of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) are an advantage
• Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Application knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication, structured, and responsible personality
