Your tasks

• Checking, coding and posting of accounts payable invoices incl. payment runs
• Processing and checking of credit card statements as well as expense receipts
• Reconciliation of financial accounting with mandate accounting
• Preparation of periodic VAT returns
• Preparation of commission statements
• Collaboration on annual financial statements
• Preparation of audit and closing documents
• Support of the back office with administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in financial accounting
• Exact, independent and reliable way of working
• Very good German and English skills
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
