The Schweizerische Zentralstelle für Baurationalisierung CRB is the competence center for standards in the construction industry. On behalf of the Swiss construction industry, we develop working tools for planning, execution, and management together with partners and specialists from practice.

To strengthen our team at the Zürich location, we are looking for a number-oriented personality.

Your tasks

• Management of accounts receivable including payment postings and reminders and collection management
• Management of accounts payable including fixed asset accounting
• Posting of bank and postal accounts
• Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements
• Participation in general accounting tasks such as reclamation of withholding tax, IKS controls, various deputy tasks for fixed asset and inventory accounting as well as taxes

Your profile

• Commercial training
• Further training as a clerk in accounting or equivalent further training (with a focus on finance)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and financial accounting
• Good German and Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Experience with SAP Business by Design is an advantage
• Precise way of working, analytical mindset, cross-departmental service orientation
