Clerk focusing on Child and Adult Protection (KES) 80% ##

The polyvalent Regionaler Sozialdienst Hindelbank und Umgebung (RSHi) fulfills the tasks of statutory social assistance (SH) for the municipality of Hindelbank and the contractually affiliated municipality of Krauchthal and carries out mandates in child and adult protection (KES). The social service team consists of five social workers and three clerks. In the polyvalent social service, nearly 250 dossiers are managed in the areas of SH and KES.

These are your main tasks:

• As the first contact person at the reception, you receive, process, or forward telephone, written, and personal concerns and inquiries from clients.
• You work together with the case-managing social workers and support them administratively (correspondence, documentation, and data maintenance).
• You bear the administrative responsibility in the KES specialist area.
• You are responsible for payment transactions and client accounting in adult protection.
• You check and post invoices and credits.
• You carry out investigations regarding social insurance law claims. In addition, you are the contact person for external offices such as the tax administration, health insurance companies, and banks.
• You are the first contact person for PriMas (Private Mandate Holders).
• You represent your team members during absences

What you bring with you:

• KV training
• Work experience in a social service or a municipal administration and/or in accounting
• Sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Joy in direct interaction with people
• If possible, knowledge of KLIBnet
• Joy and willingness to take on professional as well as personal responsibility in a small team
