HR Recruiter (m/f/d) 50-60%

For our client, we are looking for an HR Recruiter on a temporary basis for 4 months (possibly with extension).

Tasks:

• You accompany and support the recruitment process and work together with the HR team
• You help to find new and creative ways to reach suitable candidates
• You contribute to ensuring our candidates experience a positive experience, from initial contact to start
• You support the building of a constant talent pool for current and future positions
• Promotion of diversity & inclusion in the recruitment process
• You are responsible for posting job advertisements

Qualities

• Passion for recruiting
• A completed commercial vocational training or a comparable background
• Experience in HR or recruiting
• Openness to trying new things and thinking 'out of the box'
• Strong communication skills and joy in dealing with people

Very good German and good English skills
