What you do ###

• Advise and support clients according to social assistance legislation
• Check all claims and monitor compliance with the framework conditions
• Budget calculations and initiation of monthly payments
• Cleanly document the progress in the client software Tutoris
• Draft applications to the municipal council
• Work constructively with specialist agencies and third parties

What you bring ###

• Ideally, you have a tertiary degree in Social Work or a similar direction
• You possess knowledge of legal requirements (SKOS guidelines, social insurances, -)
• You are proficient in oral and written communication, benevolent and clear - if you also speak one or more foreign languages, even better
• You enjoy contact with people in challenging life situations
• You work reliably, can set priorities and adapt your work flexibly
