HR Clerk 60%

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a committed personality as an HR Clerk 60%. In this role, you will take responsibility for the operational HR day-to-day business and ensure the smooth running of all administrative HR processes. You will work in a small team and actively contribute to the further development of modern HR structures.

Tasks

• Independent handling of the entire HR administration from A-Z (contracts, mutations, certificates, entries and exits, time management)
• Competent contact person for labor law issues for employees and managers
• Ensuring correct and efficient HR processes in day-to-day business
• Analysis of existing processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization potential
• Collaboration in the further development of digital HR processes
• Maintenance and structured filing of personnel documentation

Profile

• Completed further training in HR (e.g., HR-Fachausweis) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational HR in Switzerland, ideally in an SME
• Sound knowledge of labor law as well as basic knowledge of wages and social insurance
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• High resilience as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of process optimization and a dynamic working environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
