The Regional Social Service is a place where people from the municipalities of Bottenwil, Hirschthal, Kölliken, Moos-leerau, Muhen, Reitnau and Safenwil receive advice and support in very different life situations. Your impact ###

In your role, you accompany children and adolescents on their way and actively help shape a healthy, learning-promoting school climate. Your tasks:

• Strengthening of students through individual, group and class work
• Systemic counseling in exchange with families, teachers and other reference persons
• Planning and implementation of prevention projects
• Co-shaping of parent meetings, parent evenings and school conferences
• Support and counseling of teachers and parents
• Networking with important partners within and outside the school
• Documentation, evaluation and quality assurance of your work

What is important to us ###

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work - ideally experience in school social work
• Openness, empathy and initiative
• Enjoyment of working with children, adolescents and adults
• communicative, conflict-resolution-competent and team-oriented personality
• good IT skills (MS Office, MESA) as well as a structured and self-organized way of working
