LE SIDEP and LE SIDERE ARE RECRUITING

SECRETARY - SCHOLARSHIP HOLDER 50 – 90 %

SIDEP ensures the operation and development of the drinking water networks of 9 communes. SIDERE, for its part, ensures the operation of a water network for 12 Communes around Rolle.

To strengthen its team based in Saint-Oyens, SIDEP is looking for a secretary-scholarship holder at 50 %.

To complete its team based in Perroy, SIDERE is looking for a scholarship holder at 30-40 %.

Your missions

Ensure routine administrative tasks and telephone availability. (SIDEP) Ensure the secretariat of the Executive Committee, notably the drafting of minutes. (SIDEP) Maintain general accounting according to MCH2, suppliers and debtors. Ensure the follow-up of payments, collections, reminders and litigation. Participate in the preparation of the budget and the accounts execution of all annual closing operations of the accounts, Management of the balance sheet and monitoring of investments, Manage subscriptions and billing of water consumption. Prepare VAT declarations and perform debtor reconciliations and management of litigation,

Your profile

Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or a title deemed equivalent, Training and experience in mastery of the MCH2 harmonized accounting model. Autonomy, rigor and sense of organization. Ease in contacts and discreet experience in the communal field or water management constitutes an asset.

Practical information

Activity rate 50 % at SIDEP and 30-40 % at SIDERE

Workplace Saint-Oyens (commune of Gimel) and Perroy

Start date 1ᵉʳ January 2027 or to be agreed
