Your responsibility:

• Responsibility for school-wide communication and quality management
• Responsibility, in cooperation with the school management, for the management and coordination of pedagogical projects within the BfG.
• Planning, implementation, and realization of internal school continuing education
• Very close cooperation with the Rector and the school management

Your background:

• Education at tertiary level (Uni, FH or HF)
• Experience and success in project work and quality management
• Knowledge of the Swiss (vocational) education landscape and basic pedagogical knowledge
• Proficient and experienced in communication work
• Independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Innovative thinking and acting as well as joy in developing
• High personal, social, and self-competencies
• High professional competence and communication skills

Berufsfachschule Gesundheit Baselland (BfG)

Die Berufsfachschule Gesundheit Baselland comprises the training of Fachfrau, Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe), Assistentin/Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS) and the Berufsmaturität (BM 1 and 2) in a health and social direction and is attended by around 1'700 learners. A faculty of approx. 130 teachers is motivatedly engaged for innovative teaching and a high quality standard. The Rector, five Konrektorinnen/Konrektoren and the Head of School Administration form the school management of the BfG.
