Head of Payroll and ERP / SAP System 80% - [A016142]

Your tasks

• Leadership as well as professional and technical further development of an initially two-person, committed payroll team
• Assumption of a key professional role in the upcoming SAP/ERP project and
• Responsibility for the sub-projects in this overarching project
• Active co-design and further development of the SAP payroll solution as well as the associated processes and systems (First & Second Level Support)
• Responsibility for a demanding payroll organization with around 8,000 employees
• Active co-design of the planned centralization project of the company's HR and the further development into an HR Service Center
• Prospectively, there is the possibility to expand the span of control in the course of organizational development
• Desire to shape the further development of structures, processes, and the future direction of payroll (automation and optimization)
• Professional contact person for payroll topics and close cooperation with the relevant HR departments and project managers

Your profile

• Higher professional education (Master or Bachelor) in the field of HR, payroll, social insurance, or comparable further training
• Several years of relevant practical and leadership experience in the payroll of a larger company is a must-have
• Pronounced specialist knowledge in all wage, social insurance, and financial accounting topics
• "Expert" in SAP (Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management) as well as the Microsoft environment
• High degree of individual responsibility and desire to shape, as well as openness and competence in dealing with change processes (Change Management)
