Your responsibility

• The four-member school management leads the school as a team and works in departments according to the principle of delegation. As Deputy Headmaster/Deputy Headmistress FMS, you will participate in the overall management of the school on cross-cutting issues.
• You are primarily responsible for the Fachmittelschule and Fachmaturitätsschule (FMS). Your field of activity includes the following areas: management of the FMS, representation of the FMS towards authorities and the public, management of the FMS and Fachmaturität final examinations, advising and informing FMS students, organization of the specific teaching formats of the FMS, conducting employee appraisals as well as classroom observations of the teachers being supervised.

Your background

• You have experience in the area of school organization and school development and preferably in personnel management.
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively and approach people openly and empathically.
• You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and implementing them.
• You are team player, cooperative, and solution-oriented.
• You have a pedagogical education and several years of teaching experience at the secondary level II.
• You are familiar with current developments in the field of education, know the FMS, and have ideas regarding a future-oriented school.
• You have completed school management training or are willing to complete it.
