Fixed Asset Accountant (f/m) 80%-100% - 6 month fixed-term contract #

Profile

• Your expertise allows you to support the accounting treatment of tangible, intangible, and financial fixed assets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fixed asset processing within an SME or a Group.
• Experience with Swiss CO and international accounting standards (Swiss GAAP RPC preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP software and particularly the FI-AA module. Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to synthesize and analyze.
• Interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily management and accounting of fixed assets in the Group's SAP tool.
• Perform accounting entries related to the acquisition, disposal, and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Monitor and analyze assets under construction. Ensure the correct justification for maintaining assets under construction items.
• Control and validate depreciation calculations.
• Perform and coordinate physical inventories of fixed asset items and ensure their reconciliation with accounting records.
• Prepare extractions and supporting documents for external auditors. Collaborate with the internal auditor within the framework of the SCI.
• Be the guarantor of compliance with accounting rules regarding fixed assets and maintain procedures up to date.
