The therapeutic offering is aimed at older adults in life crises with depression, anxiety disorders, neurodegenerative diseases ranging from mild to moderate demential diseases, as well as somatic concomitant and underlying diseases. After careful diagnostic clarification, we offer therapeutic services ranging from low-threshold support to psychiatric/psychotherapeutic settings. In addition to occupational and physical therapy, the therapy spectrum also includes complementary medicine offers as well as psychosocial tasks. Our patients are cared for in close cooperation with the case therapist within the key person system. The atmosphere on the ward is characterized by a respectful basic attitude and the careful cultivation of interpersonal relationships.

Your tasks

• responsibility for nursing development and reviewing nursing quality on the ward
• individual nursing and care of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key person work and in consultation with the core team
• participation in specialist working groups and projects
• ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation
• the management and co-management of psychotherapeutic group offers and reports
• consultation and planning of treatment in the interprofessional team
• supporting patients in crisis situations

Since we work with permanent night watches, you will primarily be deployed in a two-shift system (early and late shifts).

Your profile

For this exciting activity, you bring a degree in nursing at HF / FH level and professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Ideally, you bring a CAS in gerontology, or you have the willingness to complete one. You want to work in a special area where customer orientation is lived. Variety and changing situations are a challenge for you and are fun for you? Furthermore, you are an open, honest, communicative and present personality and have the willingness to continuously further your education and pass this knowledge on to the nursing team?
