These are your tasks:

• You manage the reception and provide information about the entire range of services offered by

Pro Senectute

• You organize and coordinate the educational offerings
• You manage the entire course administration and support the instructors with organizational questions
• You provide IT support
• You organize and coordinate the meal and tax return service
• You are the direct contact person for customers, suppliers and employees
• You ensure a smooth process and maintain a professional appearance of the advisory center
• You perform general administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in course administration is an advantage
• Competence and joy in dealing with elderly people and employees
• A versatile, interested, committed person
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills, initiative and networked thinking
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs, experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Openness and joy in learning new things and familiarizing yourself with different areas of responsibility.
