The Continuing Education team, as a department of business development, is responsible for the implementation and development of the entire range of training offers in the field of age and care.

To succeed a team member, we are looking for a competent person as Training Manager for 1 January 2027 or by agreement. If you feel addressed by this advertisement as a creative, proactive person capable of working in a team, we look forward to receiving your application online.

Your tasks ##

• Participation in the development, creation, implementation and evaluation of training concepts
• Organization and management of the application process
• Advice and support to professional trainers and specialists
• Organization and realization of continuing education for employees as well as training/events for trainers and learners/students

Your profile ##

• HF/FH degree in the health field
• MAS degree in adult education or in training management or equivalent pedagogical training, or willingness to pursue it
• Experience in supporting and advising young people and adults in professional socialization
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication and innovation skills
