As part of our Sigma Temporaire Bâtiment et industrie department, we collaborate with several recognized companies in Valais, active in the fields of metal construction, locksmithing, and the assembly of metal structures.

In order to meet their needs, we are actively looking for a:

Locksmith / Metal Constructor CFC (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical plans and manufacturing drawings
• Taking measurements and preparing work
• Fabrication of various metal structures in steel, aluminum and stainless steel
• Cutting, marking out, drilling, bending and assembling the various parts
• Preparation of elements before welding according to technical plans
• Performing TIG, MIG-MAG and electrode welding work
• Fabrication of locksmithing works such as doors, gates, railings, stairs, barriers and metal structures
• Assembly, fitting and finishing of the various elements
• Installation of metal works directly on construction sites
• Use of usual workshop machines and equipment
• Quality and conformity control of the parts produced
• Respect for safety rules, deadlines and quality requirements

Your profile:

• CFC in metal construction, locksmithing or training deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience in metal construction and locksmithing
• Very good mastery of reading technical plans
• Proven experience in working with steel, aluminum and stainless steel
• Good mastery of TIG, MIG-MAG and electrode welding processes
• Ability to work autonomously, both in the workshop and on construction sites
• Trustworthy person, passionate about their profession and concerned with providing quality work
• Rigorous, precise and careful working method
• Good physical condition and team spirit
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
