What awaits you

• Advising and assisting customers, mainly by telephone or at the reception when they visit the agency
• Telephone contact with customers in order to obtain and schedule appointments for the advisors
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments with customers, support to the advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
• Drafting of insurance offers and proposals
• Close and permanent contact with the agency's advisor teams
• Frequent exchanges with the various departments of the AXA regional headquarters

What you bring

• Commercial training and initial experience in administration, knowledge of the insurance sector is a real advantage
• A marked interest in advising and sales, a strong motivation to train on our products and internal processes
• A service-oriented personality and the desire to always find the best equitable solution for all
• A positive and dynamic temperament, reliability, flexibility and ease in contact with others as well as an excellent team spirit
• Excellent command of French both spoken and written and fluency in English
• A place of residence in our activity zone and a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
• Ease with standard IT systems as well as in learning new digital tools
