The Eldora Group is active in the field of contract catering. With a consolidated turnover of more than CHF 400 million, it is one of the largest catering groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters is located in Rolle (VD) and concentrates all its administrative services, which employ more than a hundred employees.
In order to complete our Human Resources team, we are looking for a:
Recruiter at 50 %

Your role
Integrated within our Human Resources team, you will actively participate in the recruitment of our future employees and support sector managers in the recruitment of our restaurant managers and chefs de cuisine.
You will take charge of the recruitments entrusted to you, from the definition of needs with managers to the selection of candidates. You will write and publish advertisements on our various channels, analyze the applications received, and conduct the first recruitment interviews.
You will participate in the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and may be called upon to take part in various HR projects within the department.
Your profile:
You benefit from a first successful experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR department, a placement agency, or in a high-volume environment. Good knowledge of the catering professions and their recruitment challenges is desired.
Comfortable in relationships with candidates and managers, you demonstrate listening skills, reactivity, and an excellent sense of service. Organized, autonomous, and rigorous, you know how to manage several recruitments simultaneously and master recruitment tools as well as professional platforms.
You perfectly master French, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of German. A good understanding of the Swiss job market as well as experience in the catering sector constitute strong assets.
