We are looking for an HR Business Partner 80% at the Pratteln location.

How do you contribute to the success of DHL?

• As an HR Business Partner, you are close to the business and support our managers and employees in various business areas independently, solution-oriented, and at eye level
• You support our managers in making the right decisions for their teams - pragmatically, professionally, and always with a view to our employees and our customers
• You are responsible for HR consulting and personnel administration for around 230 employees and ensure that processes are implemented efficiently, correctly, and First Time Right
• You work closely with Payroll and Personnel Development and ensure that our HR services are provided quickly, reliably, and with high quality
• You are part of a dedicated HR team, roll up your sleeves, and live our Can-Do mentality - even when things need to move fast
• A regular and strong presence in the various teams of your area of responsibility is part of your understanding of your role as an HR Business Partner (travel within Switzerland approx. 30%)
• You report directly to the Head of HR Business Partners and proactively bring in topics that advance our business, our culture, and our employees

Do you have what it takes?

• You are an experienced, down-to-earth, and trustworthy HR personality who enjoys taking responsibility
• You actively approach people, communicate clearly, and find pragmatic solutions even in demanding situations
• You have completed commercial training as well as mandatory further training as an eidg. dipl. Personalfachfrau/Personalfachmann or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable HR function, ideally in a dynamic and operational environment
• You are knowledgeable in labor law and social insurance, apply your expertise confidently and practically, and have already gained relevant practical experience
• You enjoy working in a team, support your colleagues, and contribute to positive, open, and honest cooperation
• You communicate stylistically confident in German, French, and English - orally and in writing (all mentioned languages are mandatory, any additional language is an advantage)
