YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle
• HR administration for around 50 employees
• Advising managers on HR and labor law topics
• Recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding
• Accompanying conflict and exit interviews
• Participation in HR projects and process optimizations
• Payroll and correspondence with authorities

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed training, e.g. as an Eidgenössische HR-Fachkraft with federal diploma, personnel assistant
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team and solution-oriented, as well as high initiative
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
