Your tasks ###

• Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act
• Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the goal of professional and social integration
• Identifying problem situations and developing suitable strategies
• File management in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration
• Assertion of possible claims with social insurance providers and other third parties

Your profile ###

• FH degree in Social Work, ideally supplemented with a commercial vocational training
• Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance
• Enjoyment of independent work within a team
• Decisive and resilient personality who likes to take on responsibility and help shape processes
