For one of our clients, a law and notary firm based in Valais Central, we are looking for a

Commercial Employee 40%-60% (CDD –> CDI)
(for law and notary firm)

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in a notary firm (or law firm, Court, etc.)
• Your French is irreproachable and you have excellent writing skills
• You are comfortable with common IT tools (MS Office)
• You have a sense of responsibility, are versatile, organized, dynamic and autonomous
• You know how to take initiative and manage stress optimally
• You are available immediately at 40%-60% (CDD with possibility of CDI afterwards)
• You are domiciled in the nearby region

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Client reception and telephone switchboard
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Preparation of draft deeds (sales, notes, wills, successions, companies, etc.)
• Contact with various authorities, land registry, RF, RC, etc.
• Preparation and follow-up of files
• Filing, archiving
• Etc.
