Marmy Viande en gros SA is a family business located in Estavayer-le-Lac and specializing in the slaughtering and cutting of cattle, whose meats are marketed to wholesalers, processing companies, and professional butcheries. Our company is among the main players in the Swiss beef market and its slaughterhouse represents the second largest structure in Switzerland in terms of production volume.

To strengthen our administrative team, we are looking for a:

Administrative Secretary (60-80%)

Main responsibilities

• Basic accounting: Ensure the processing of supplier invoices, basic accounting, as well as replacements in the complete management of the payroll cycle
• Professional training: Assume responsibility for the supervision and follow-up of apprentices
• General administration: Guarantee the smooth running of the back-office (physical and telephone reception, management of correspondence, rigorous follow-up of files, and various administrative support)

Profile sought

• Training: In possession of a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent deemed training
• Technical skills: Experience in basic accounting and high proficiency in MS Office IT tools. Knowledge of the Abacus software is an asset
• Experience: Confirmed professional practice within a Swiss SME
• Languages: Perfect command of the French language. Good operational knowledge of German and English is desired
• Personal skills: Autonomous, precise person endowed with a spirit of initiative
• Commitment: Willingness to invest long-term within our structure. Residency in the region is preferred
