Main mission:

Management of projects related to maintenance activities, taking into account all tasks, the state, and the evolution of needs.

Lead and ensure the management of technical projects and/or improvement of our Maintenance processes:

• Be in charge of defining the requirements
• Form a multidisciplinary project team
• Establish schedules
• Facilitate working groups
• Provide deliverables and ensure the proper implementation of actions
• Communicate on the progress status

Profile sought
-----------------

Your profile:

• EPF or HES-SO degree (Master) or training deemed equivalent
• Experience in project management
• Technical knowledge desired (Maintenance environment, a plus)
• Proficiency in professional English (a plus)
• Proficiency in standard IT tools (and SAP an asset)
• Demonstrated ability in communication, assertiveness, leadership, and teamwork
• Proactive in making proposals
• Availability, autonomy, and rigor
