Your tasks

• You are responsible for individual project funding. This includes processing applications as well as advising and corresponding with applicants.
• You prepare their meetings, accompany them, and ensure structured follow-up of the meetings and funding decisions.
• You organize the announcement and implementation of the juries for studio allocations and cultural projects.
• You participate in working and project groups and support the implementation of the Kulturagenda 2030.

Your profile

• You are enthusiastic about art and culture and want to actively help shape their promotion and further development.
• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring experience in project work in the cultural sector. Administrative experience is an advantage.
• You are familiar with the cultural scene in the city of Luzern or have a connection to it.
• You are interested in cultural policy issues and developments.
• You grasp complex contexts quickly, work independently, and possess strong organizational skills.
• You move confidently when dealing with different stakeholder groups and communicate appropriately to the target group.
• You are a communicative personality, think creatively, and act in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are proficient in using various communication tools, bring initiative, and enjoy working in a team.

The Dienstabteilung Kultur und Sport sees itself as a hub for matters concerning municipal cultural and sports policy. Various financial promotion instruments as well as infrastructures, services, and specialist advice are made available to actors from the sports and culture sectors.
