Job description
Co-educator sought for our Kita - For our lovingly managed bilingual Kita (German / Italian) we are looking for an engaged and warm co-educator per 01.01.2027, who supports our team with joy, professional competence and heart. Our Kita offers children a safe and appreciative place to play, learn and discover. As a bilingual institution, we accompany the children in the languages German and Italian and enable them to grow up in a multilingual environment from a young age. With much heart and commitment, we support the children in their individual development and create an atmosphere in which they can feel comfortable, secure and develop freely. Your tasks

Loving, professional and active accompaniment of the children in daily Kita life
Co-responsibility for the care and accompaniment of a mixed-age group of children
Active co-design of the daily structure as well as the weekly planning
Implementation of our pedagogical concept in everyday life
Planning and implementation of varied pedagogical offers
Co-design and accompaniment of projects, excursions and activities
Observation and accompaniment of the individual development of the children
Support with developmental documentation, especially in the design and management of the children's portfolios
Close cooperation with the group leader
Appreciative and professional cooperation with the parents
Co-responsibility for a safe, warm and stimulating environment in which the children can feel comfortable and develop
