For our gastronomic Restaurant awarded one star by the Michelin guide and rated 16/20 by the Gault & Millau guide,

We are looking for immediately or by agreement:

CHEF DE PARTIE 80%

Tasks:

• You actively participate in the production of refined dishes made from fresh and quality products
• In close collaboration with the kitchen team, you perform all tasks inherent to the profession of chef de partie

Profile sought:

• CFC as a cook
• You have proven experience as a Chef de Partie
• You have a good command of French
• You possess very good culinary knowledge and master preparation and different cooking methods
• Organized, rigorous, very good interpersonal skills, ease in a team, ability to adapt, stress management
• Very good physical presentation and oral ease
