Temporary sick leave replacement for approx. 6 months or possibly longer-term

Tasks ##

Do you want to support people in challenging life situations in a concrete and solution-oriented manner? Do you work independently, quickly adapt to new tasks, and appreciate a lively, interdisciplinary environment? Then we look forward to your support.

• You accompany our clients with social, administrative, and social insurance law issues.
• You support them with financial, professional, and housing-related topics.
• You coordinate cooperation with municipalities, social services, authorities, and other specialist agencies.
• You organize follow-up solutions and further support offers.
• You document your work carefully and undertake the associated administrative tasks.
• You work closely with the management and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• You provide pragmatic support where there is a need in the varied everyday routine.

Qualification ##

• An education in Social Work FH/HF or a comparable qualification.
• Joy in direct contact with people and in a versatile working day.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confidence or interest in dealing with authorities and social institutions.
• The willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with existing cases and processes.
• Interest in working with people with addiction disorders and complex life situations.
• A clear, resource-oriented attitude as well as flexibility, initiative, and humor.

Experience in the addiction field is an advantage, but not a requirement. More important to us is that you maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment and develop sustainable solutions together with those involved.
