tasks

• you independently manage an interesting real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
• in doing so, you are responsible for handling initial as well as re-lettings and carry out acceptances and handovers
• the preparation of service charge statements is also part of your versatile area of responsibility
• additionally, you conduct lease negotiations and lease adjustments and are the primary contact person for tenants, owners and external stakeholders
• if suitable and interested, tasks in real estate accounting can also be taken on (optional)
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 40 and 80%

requirements

• you have solid practice in real estate management
• further training as an Immobilienbewirtschafterin FA is an advantage, but not a condition
• however, it is important that you live in the Volketswil - Uster - Pfäffikon area
