Due to the upcoming retirement of the Director of the Schulheim (SH), we are looking for a: Director of the Schulheim (SH) at 90% * Your task: Operational as well as pedagogical-therapeutic management of a special school and a residential area for children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 with disabilities; Responsibility for the personnel, financial and material resources of the SH in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Stiftung Les Buissonnets; Responsibility for teaching as well as the pedagogical and therapeutic offerings of the SH (organization of classes, allocation of students, support of students, etc.); Ensuring communication with internal and external partners and specialist centers of the SH in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Stiftung Les Buissonnets; As a member of the Buissonnets Board of Directors, participation in the further development and implementation of the strategy of the Stiftung Les Buissonnets and the SH in cooperation with the Foundation and its other institutions.
